Do I need to book in advance?
Yes. Dolled Up KE operates on bookings only — we do not take walk-ins.
How much is the deposit?
KSh 500 for all services except bridal, which requires full payment.
How do I pay the deposit?
Send KSh 500 via M-Pesa Send Money to 0700 247863, then paste your M-Pesa confirmation code into the booking form.
How long until my booking is confirmed?
We verify your payment manually and confirm by email, usually within a few hours. Your slot is held while we check.

Is the deposit refundable?
It is redeemable against your service. It is forfeited for a no-show without prior communication. See our booking policy for the full terms.
Can I reschedule?
Yes, with at least 24 hours' notice.
Do you offer house calls?
Yes, where applicable, with an additional transport fee that varies by location.
Where are you located?
Kimbo, Nairobi, Kenya (off Thika Road). We also serve Westlands.
Do you install cluster lashes?
Yes — cluster lash installation is one of our two main services.
Can I choose my lash style?
Yes — choose from the styles on our lashes page, and add coloured lashes, spikes or charms if you'd like.
Do you provide lashes with makeup?
