Booking Policy

A KSh 500 deposit secures your appointment, and is redeemable against the cost of your service — it is not an extra charge.

Your appointment is not confirmed until payment is received.

Deposits are non-refundable for a no-show without prior communication. If you miss your appointment without notifying us in advance, the deposit is forfeited and a new deposit is required to book again.

Please communicate as early as possible if you cannot make it, so we can discuss rescheduling.

No communication + missed appointment = deposit forfeited.

Bridal is booked by enquiry, not through the online booking flow. You send your wedding date, getting-ready location and party size; we confirm availability and send a full quote before any payment is asked for. Start a bridal enquiry.

Full payment is required to secure and confirm all bridal bookings, and must clear at least 2 weeks before the wedding date.

The booking is not confirmed until full payment is received. If payment is not cleared by the two-week deadline, the date may be released to other clients.

Payments are non-refundable for a no-show or cancellation without prior communication, subject to the agreed terms.

Bridal dates are limited — secure yours early. Your date is only officially reserved once payment is received.

Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late may have the appointment shortened or rescheduled.

24 hours' notice is required to cancel or reschedule.

Deposits may be transferred to a new appointment if you communicate in advance.

No-show = no refund.

Arrive with clean lashes — no mascara or eye makeup.

Please tell us about any existing extensions when you book. Removal of another artist's work is KSh 300; removal of our own work is free.
